Congrats of being chosen CLUB OF THE MONTH at www.mx-5.com
"Club of the Month – Croatia
This month we’re focussing on a new and welcome addition to our Club Directory - the MX-5 Club of Croatia. If you haven’t already visited this ‘croissant shaped’ country,, then here are a few facts for you that might get you ‘flying’ over there in your MX-5, top-down!
The climate here is perfect for the MX-5 - warm dry summers and mild winters (although it can get colder inland). It’s said to have one of the sunniest coastlines in Europe, with a scorching 2,600 hours of sunlight. So if you’re planning on going, don’t forget the sun cream!
The club has a cleanly laid out website with a great list of useful links and a friendly forum - which includes an ‘International corner’. In fact, after browsing through the forum it looks as if some of the guys from the Polish club are keen to take a trip to Croatia this summer...
Something else we noticed on their site (and spotted on a few other MX-5 sites too) is the ‘save the wave’ banner on the top right of the pages. If you haven’t seen this already, have a click!"
Re: Congratulations
#3But this month is almost over ah, well, we'll enjoy our newfound global MX-5 glory while it lasts (2 more days)

IMHO it's for the next month..its not a strict month thing I've noticed..anyway, I took screenshots and we'll have it forever (and use it for PR)
#5
BTW what are your NC impressions from Saturday?
Weren't you supposed to test the new model last weekend?

Seen the pictures.
Glad that it did not turn out to be April Fools after all.
BTW: saw on the pics some people with microphones. The interview was given to what radio station?
All in all the NC looks a bit ... taller

I wish I was a litle bit taller, I wish I was a baller... That front end just spoils the thing. I haven't met a single person except Ivana, that says oh my God it's so beautiful. Everyone just says, oh I might get used to it. I remember when the NB came out, I just said to myself, I want this car it's so abnormally good looking, no getting used to anything, no nothing. In my opinnion they have made a bad job of it (the front end) and that's it, full stop. And what about the sound, the car sounds like a Fiat Punto, Opel Corsa, or whatever other normal sounding car. Didn't they learn anything from other new sports cars like Nissan 350Z (that sounds just heavenly), couldn't they contact Enthuza for example and ask them to make rear muffler I mean anything but to make it sound as boring as it does.

Hello, It is I ......hehehe......Ivana, of course, and if I am the only one who likes it I have to say something.
Well, Bojan, put it that way, our Mazda NA and NB models were so called "teenagers", they entered in the world of roadsters and became the best in class. So, I mean even you got older, now our Mazda is sayin' to us "hello, it is only me, you beloved car, but now I'm grown up, I am a bit older, I am not a "teenager" anymore, I am a grown up woman (sorry but I think it is "she", no hard feelings guys), and still I will show you a lot of fun, take you wherever you want, just like in your dreams".
So, my oppinion, the time is changing, Mazda has to follow the trend......yes, the look of NA and NB was the appropriate look for that time but now we have to move on.
Well, I have to admit a little bit that that front part is a bit confusing, but as I said, we move on, new faces, new look.
Anyway, despite "THAT" front look, I think it looks quite impressive, strong and challenging, the front lights fantastic. BTW, I sit in the car and don't see the front, so it is not that important for me....will get used to it.......
Sound? Well it is going to be forgiven.....or changed....
First driving impressions?
The driver is setting deeper than in NA and NB and THAT is what makes me feel better, more protected...and the feeling is just "like million bucks". "Be the car, feel the car" thing is for real here.
Anyway, oppinions are different.
Hope you got my point.
Have a nice MX-5 day,
Ivana

Thank you for the imput about NC.
I must admit that I also have mixed feelings about the looks. However I have seen the NC only on pictures and not in reality, so my view might change in one way or other once I get a chance at actual glance and touch.
I love the roof mechanism though
